Three Q Perms and Temps are hiring a Kitchen Porter to join our client, a homeless and housing charity at their brand-new kitchen. Catering for 400+ meals a day, this position will help with the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring a clean and safe environment in the top-range kitchen, set amidst a beautiful farm environment with orchards, bees, and animals.
 
Salary: €12.93 per hour (annual €26,222.04) | Permanent | Full-time
 
Responsibilities:

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation and portioning.
• Handle kitchen waste following recycling guidelines.
• Manage supplies and keep the kitchen organized.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and report hazards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team effectively.
• Adapt to additional tasks as needed.

 
Requirements:

• Access to own transport is essential.
• Willingness to undergo EHOA Food Hygiene Training.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in catering or food production with diet knowledge.
• Ability to operate machinery after appropriate training.
• Driving required due to lack of public transport.
