Requirements:

• Previous exposure in catering or high-volume kitchen environments.
• QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Full-time, flexible availability.
• Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process.
• Authorization to work in Ireland.
• 2 working references covering 5 years of employment history.
• Strong spoken English capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire culinary process, from ingredient preparation to plate presentation.
• Ensuring rigorous compliance with HACCP guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
• Safely operating all kitchen equipment and machinery.
• Coordinating closely with kitchen staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Offering essential assistance across diverse food preparation tasks.
• Collaborating with nursing and dietitians to devise customized meal plans for patients with specific dietary requirements or restrictions.
