Requirements:
- Previous exposure in catering or high-volume kitchen environments.
- QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Full-time, flexible availability.
- Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process.
- Authorization to work in Ireland.
- 2 working references covering 5 years of employment history.
- Strong spoken English capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire culinary process, from ingredient preparation to plate presentation.
- Ensuring rigorous compliance with HACCP guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
- Safely operating all kitchen equipment and machinery.
- Coordinating closely with kitchen staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Offering essential assistance across diverse food preparation tasks.
- Collaborating with nursing and dietitians to devise customized meal plans for patients with specific dietary requirements or restrictions.
