Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager 1 – Residents Services
Location: Meath
Contrat Type: Full Tim / Permanent
Salary: €54,437 - €64,109 DOE
Hours: 39 hours per week

About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of community-based services for over 2000 adults and children across Dublin, Meath, and Kildare. They are committed to empowering individuals with different abilities to achieve enriched life experiences based on their own decisions and life choices.

They are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to join their team in Co. Meath. This job offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working towards the vision of creating a world of choice for individuals with no boundaries.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ferrier House as a Designated Centre, ensuring high-quality, person-centred service provision.
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA, the Health Act (2007), and associated regulations.
  • Implement and maintain all client policies and procedures.
  • Foster a resident-focused service environment, ensuring up-to-date assessments and care plans.
  • Build and manage an effective staff team, conducting regular team meetings and performance management.
  • Manage staffing resources and budgets efficiently, ensuring accurate roster and payroll management.

  
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or possess a Social Care (Honours) Degree.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the disability sector; management experience is advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of HIQA Standards, the Health Act (2007), and associated regulations.
  • Excellent IT, report writing skills.
  • Valid Irish Driving Licence.
