We at 3Q Recruitment are thrilled to collaborate with our client, in seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in South Dublin. As a Clinical Nurse manager, you will be involved in delivering exceptional care for patients undergoing procedures in the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory.
  
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory team, aligning with departmental and hospital goals.
• Ensure high standards of patient care by monitoring and evaluating clinical processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement continuous quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet the goals of the Cardiology Services, participating actively in change management and accreditation processes.
• Establish performance indicators and targets to ensure ongoing evaluation and improvement of cardiology services.
• Manage the laboratory’s budget, controlling operational and capital expenditures while optimizing staffing levels for productivity.
• Engage in professional development activities and performance reviews to enhance nursing practice and service delivery.

 Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid NMBI Registered Nurse License.
• 7 years’ experience in Cardiology/Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory.
• 3 years’ experience in senior management roles.
• Advanced degree in a cardiac or healthcare-related field.
• Qualification in Management
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proven expertise in financial management and resource allocation
• Show flexibility and excellent use of initiative.
