Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in catering or high-volume kitchen settings.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
• Legal right to work in Ireland and successful completion of the Garda Vetting Process.
• Strong spoken English skills for effective communication.
• Two professional references covering the last five years of employment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary requirements and restrictions are met.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food to avoid spoilage and maintain quality.
• Follow established procedures for waste and recycling management.
• Perform additional tasks within the kitchen and dining area to support smooth service delivery to patients and staff.
