HR Generalist
Full Time | Dublin 1 | Hybrid

At 3Q Recruitment, we believe great businesses are built on great people — including those behind the scenes. We’re a purpose-driven recruitment agency supporting Ireland’s healthcare and hospitality sectors, now seeking a HR Generalist to shape and lead our internal HR systems.

This is a dynamic, strategic role for a proactive professional who thrives in an SME environment. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll support a team of 12 staff and up to 200 temp workers, driving HR across learning & development, compliance, culture, well-being, legal support, and office operations.

Responsibilities
  • People Development — deliver onboarding, training plans, and policies that support staff in their roles
  • SOP Management — maintain and update procedures, ensuring they’re trained across the team
  • HR Systems & Documentation — manage compliant records, indexes, and policies
  • Audit & Compliance — conduct monthly audits, prepare reports, and mitigate HR risks
  • Employee Well-being & Engagement — implement initiatives to strengthen culture, retention, and staff support
  • HR Strategy — work closely with the General Manager to implement responsive HR strategies across the business
  • Complex HR Issues — resolve escalated matters with external legal advisors where required
  • Recruitment Support — assist with sourcing and onboarding internal hires
  • Office Operations — oversee supplies and ensure a well-supported office environment
  • Employer Branding & Culture — share 3Q’s story and values both internally and externally
Requirements
  • 2+ years in a standalone or SME HR role
  • CIPD qualified (or working toward it)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience in HR compliance, policy, and learning & development
  • Bonus: experience working with temporary staffing or agency models

  • €38,000 annual salary
