Job Title: HR Executive for Internal HR Role in a Recruitment Agency

Role Overview:
As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within our team, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a culture of connection, continuous improvement, compliance and excellence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's human resources strategy and processes.
  
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

  1. Team Learning & Development:

Spearhead the continuous upskilling of our team members, focusing on company standard operating procedures. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance skillsets and boost productivity.  Addressing performance and skills gaps using internal and external training and coaching where appropriate.
  

  1. Maintenance of HR Policies, Procedures, Documentation flows & Database Accuracy & Effectiveness:

Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate HR policies, procedures, and HR database. Keep abreast of updates in HR regulations and implement necessary changes accordingly.
  

  1. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Undertake all mandatory and legal documentation steps alongside the Team leader, particularly in areas of regulatory compliance and disciplinary processes. Monitor and address compliance gaps promptly to mitigate risks effectively.

  
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator with a track record of success.
- Self-motivated and articulate with a strong focus on processes and compliance.
- Exceptional PC, IT, and database skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle serious conversations with tact and professionalism.
- Thorough knowledge of HR law and best practices in Ireland.
