Description
We are recruiting a part-time Payroll Administrator for a friendly accountancy practice located in Castlebar, Co Mayo.
The role is for 15 hours per week and offers flexibility with days and times.
Duties include:
- Processing weekly payroll using SAGE
- Answer payroll related queries for employees
- Calculate and input of all amendments for payroll including new starters, leavers, tax certificates,pension deductions, BIK, additions, holiday pay and allowance
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years' payroll experience
- IPASS or similar payroll qualification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong computer experience including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAGE a plus
