3Q Recruitment is seeking a Paediatrics Nurse in the on behalf of our client, located in Cork. As a Nurse, you will conduct comprehensive needs assessments, develop tailored care plans, and deliver exceptional care while fostering strong professional relationships with both the children and their families.
  
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the nursing care of allocated patients on each shift.
• Work within the nursing team and assist colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure the highest standards in patient care are provided and maintained at all times.
• Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Registration on the Paediatrics or General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Experience within Paediatrics or Dual qualifications in Paediatrics nursing.
• Exhibit strong communication and clinical skills.
• Maintain fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Be computer literate.
• Show flexibility and excellent use of initiative.
