Grade III Clerical Officer – Dublin 24 | Part-Time Administrative Role

3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Grade III Clerical Officer for a part-time administrative role based in Dublin 24.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a busy, well-structured office environment, providing essential clerical support while benefiting from flexible working hours.

The Role

As a Clerical Officer, you will support the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally

  • Complete data entry, filing and document management

  • Schedule appointments and maintain records and databases

  • Assist with reports, correspondence and documentation

  • Support colleagues with daily office tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR standards

  • Assist with general office coordination and workflow

Requirements

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience (desirable)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and a professional approach

  • Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles.

  • International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16

Pay & Benefits

  • €17.53 per hour
