HIQA is recruiting an Human Resources Operations Manager for its Human Resources and Organisational Development Directorate.

The Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management and development of the Human Resources operations function. They will establish and maintain clear, responsive and accessible HR systems, policies and practices. They will lead on the development and management of HR data management systems and reports to optimise data quality and inform HR strategic decision making.
