Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a team in the Hereford region. The role will mainly be at a busy Leominster practice where you will work alongside a team of 5 vets, 8 nursing staff and a team of receptionists. This growing team is passionate about standards of nursing and progression within their roles.
There will be some on call and weekend work, and remuneration for this.
This position will offer a varied workload working alongside our supportive team in practice. It will provide you with the opportunity to develop and progress, use your initiative and promote new ideas.
The role
In this diverse and dynamic role, you’ll be an RCVS Registered Nurse with small animal practice experience, you put high standards of patient care first and can demonstrate how you’ve worked with empathy and demonstrated initiative when needed.
You also understand not only your role but also the capabilities of PCA’s and student nurses, and are eager to help colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
You will have the opportunity to undertake clinical coach training to train upcoming RVN's and take part in developing a highly motivated team should you wish to do so.
