3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to support a busy healthcare catering kitchen in Dublin 3. This role supports the safe and efficient delivery of food services for patients and staff in a clinical environment.

The site is easily accessible via Clontarf Road and Killester DART stations, as well as multiple Dublin Bus routes.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in high-volume kitchens who are seeking daytime healthcare work with reliable hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils

• Wash dishes, cookware and service equipment

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks

• Support stocking of ward pantries and beverage stations

• Assist with HACCP compliance and temperature checks

• Follow infection control and hygiene procedures

• Support chefs and catering assistants during service

Requirements

• 6–12 months’ experience as a Kitchen Porter or Catering Assistant

• Healthcare or hospital kitchen experience (advantageous)

• Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety

• Legal right to work in Ireland and ability to complete Garda Vetting

• Five years of verifiable work references

• Reliable, flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Benefits

• €17.53 per hour

• Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays
